ingredients: distilled water, magnesium chloride, mango butter, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, bio-mulsion (an olive based emulsifying wax), cetyl alcohol, lavender, orange + rosemary essential oils, glycerin, phenoxyethanol*, benzoic acid*, dehydroacetic acid* (*paraben + formaldehyde FREE preservative)

use: apply desired amount + massage into skin.  magnesium can feel tingly to some. it’s normal, but if it’s uncomfortable for you, discontinue use
